Green Bean “Noodles”

2 cups frozen green beans
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp organic no salt ketchup

In a closed lid pot, steam green beans until soft but not mushy. Drain and transfer to bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. This will give the sauce a creamy consistency and the long green beans look just like noodles. Great recipe for those that cannot eat grain pastas or want a nice change from using sliced zucchini in place of pasta. Enjoy!!!!
