2 cups arugula
1 cup broccoli sprouts
Handful of pea sprouts (for garnish)
1 tsp hummus
1 tsp salsa
Start by layering the arugula in the middle of the plate, making an even base. Place broccoli sprouts in the middle. Add avocado slices evenly on top of sprouts and arugula. Scoop a tsp on hummus on top of spouts and dab a tsp of salsa on top of hummus. Sprinkle with pea sprouts. A visual masterpiece that will please the eyes as well as the taste buds of everyone. Enjoy!
